General description
The course teaches the general principles of computer drawing in AutoCad - menus, icons, the command line. The basic techniques of creating and changing simple objects. Drawing options - Line, Circle, Rectangle, Offset, Mirror, Chamfer, Fillet, Trim, Extend, Rotate, Arc, Move, Copy. Inserting and processing texts - Single line, Multiline. Inserting and processing dimention lines. Creating layers. Checking and changing object properties. Adding hatch.
General aim
The objective of the course is to provide the students basic knowledge in computer graphics through the vector graphics programme AutoCAD.
Aim
Having passed the course the students:
- is able to work in the environment of AutoCAD;
- is able to draw simple technical drawings with AutoCAD.
Form description
Seminars, practical work, independent work.
Evaluation methods
For the assessment the student must accomplish an independent lesson and pass a test in AutoCad
