| General aim |
| Provide an understanding of the fundamentals of psychology. To support the development of a systematic knowledge of the theoretical bases of psychology, research trends and fields. Open the contents of the personality, communications, and socialpsychology. Provide an overview of the interaction between people and interacting factors. Create opportunities for skill formation, which is necessary for successful different target groups and conflict-free communication. To create conditions for the working in fields that needs psychologycal knowledge. To create ability to orientate in psychologycal literature for finding the necessary information. |

| Aim |
| Student after completing this course is aware of the psychology contents. Knows psychology (including personality, communication and influencing) the basic and key concepts. The student understands the nature of an individual's and social behavior, and has the knowledge of the importance of the human factor. Student is able to assess the impact of individual differences in communication. The student has knowledge of a conflict-free communication. He also can analyze peoples behavior and actions to reduce risks to be involved to the conflict in the communicative situations. The student is aware of psychology of the influence. |
