| General structure of car electrical system. Car power and starter system. Ignition system. Electrical equipment of bodywork. Structure and operating principle of electronic control systems. Testing of car electrical equipment. |

| General aim |
| The aim of the course is to provide knowledge and skills about the task and buildup of car electrical system, and to explain the operating principles of particular sub-assemblies and units. |

| Aim |
| Student after completing the course knows the operating principles of car electrical equipment and the necessity of the equipment in the action of the car as an integrated unit, and is able to distinguish, find and eliminate the occurring defects. |
