| General aim |
| The objective of the course is to provide knowledge about strength, stiffness, stability and fatigue of simpler construction and machine elements. |
| Aim |
| The student who has completed the course knows the general bases of strength and stiffness calculations, and practical directions for designing simpler typical structures and for checking the durability of existing structures. |
| Form description |
| Lectures and practical classes (calculations of structural elements). |
