General description
The course contains a theoretical part and a longer practical work. Making up plannings in more complicated conditions. Restrictions, special conditions, defence obligations and their usage in detail planning. Compilation of necessary preliminary research, accumulation of initial data. Innovative traffic and parking arrangement solutions are seeked. Design project and a model of an actual planning initiated by a local government. The course ends with open evaluation of the presentations of design projects and the models.

General aim
The aim is to make up urban plannings of the areas of higher public interest. Detailplaneeringute ja teemaplaneeringute koostamise oskused

Aim
Student after completing the course has obtained the skills of making up theme and detailed plannings.

Lectures, seminars, practical sessions and independent work.
