| General set; divisions; sampling: arrangement of sampling, division of average value of random sampling; evaluation of general setŽs parameters, certainty interval, checking statistical hypotheses; comparing of two general sets; joined behavour of two attributes (correlation, analysis of regression); analysis of variance. |

| Students after completing the course are able to describe attributes, make up frequency tables, diagrams; to classify statistical data; know statistical average values; are able to compare average values and other characteristics; know the interrelationships between attributes (correlation); can use statistical functions of Excel and MathCAD. |
