| General description |

The course is divided into two parts: a theoretical part and a longer practical work. The course handles with problematic urban environments. The restrictions, special conditions, defence obligations and their usage in detail planning. Compilation of the necessary preliminary research, accumulation of initial data.and using all the information in an urban design. Innovative traffic and parking arrangement solutions are seeked. Design project and a model of an actual planning initiated by a local government will be compiled.
The course ends with public evaluation of the presentations of design projects and the models.
