| Room program. Functional chart. Positioning in environment. Parts of site plan. Choice of construction type and building materials. Preliminary exam: term project - Project of a summer cottage considering a real site. The project includes: plans, elevations, sections, a housing layoutm model and an explanatory letter. The 3D drawings of the project are preferrably fulfilled manually. Project stage - EP, part A. The course ends with assessment where the project is defended in public. |
