| The content of the practice is doing construction works as a simple worker in a construction company. |

| The aim of the practice is assuring practical skills and specialist experience in the first level of construction works, to deepen the gained theoretical knowledge of technologies, machines, mechanisms and materials used in civil engineering and to understand structural and technological processes in depth. |

After completion of the practice the student owns practical experience in:
1. using different technologies in practice;
2. the process of decisions and dependence on the result;
3. guiding and leading construction processes;
4. using standards and normative documents;
5. applying teamwork and communicating with manufacturers and suppliers;
6. properties of materials, the choice and use of them;
7. the use of machines and mechanisms in construction technology;
8. quality assurance and evaluation;
9. safety precautions on a construction site. |
