General description
The objective of the course is to provide the students knowledge about the organisation of construction works on a construction site. The focus is on the substantial work of a subject manager and supervisor at guiding workers in order to guarantee the use of high-quality materials, application of high-quality labour force and keeping to technological maps precisely as well as carrying out the works in the direct accordance with the schedule of performing the works.

General aim
The aim of course is to give specific knowledge about construction site organization. In course there is focused on responsibilities of site engineer.The idea is to give aim how to utilize materials, labour, and machines as effective as possible.

Aim
After completing the course the student: 1. is able to apply right order of construction works; 2. is able to create dependencies between construction works; 3. is able to apply productivity rates for construction works; 4. can create a time schedule for construction works, machines and materials; 5. can combine teams in construction and schedule labor utilzation; 6. is able to create a master plan of the site; 7. knows how to use MS Project.

Form description
Lectures, practices and independent work. For distant learners it is a 90% e-course. For full time students the materials in the e-course support the lectures.
