| Essence and historical survey of the development of geosynhetics, as well as their usage areas. Geofabrics, geonets, clay fabrics, geocomposites, their usage possibilities and areas. Testing geosynthetics. |

| The objective of the course is to provide the students necessary theoretical knowledge about geosynthetics and their usage in construction. |
