| Geodesy |
41 ECTS credits, 41 ECTS compulsory subjects.
Objective:
to provide knowledge of geodetic instruments and calculations.
Learning outcomes:
student
- is familiar with and able to use the main geodetic instruments, can check and adjust instruments;
- can design and survey planimetric control, masters data processing and accuracy estimate;
- applies adjustment methods of geodetic networks and different transformation algorithms;
- performs topographical surveying, compiules geodetic drawings;
- knows the basics of gravimetry and spheroid geodesy. |
| Applied Geodesy and Land Planning |
43 ECTS credits, 40 ECTS compulsory courses, 3 ECTS optional courses.
Objective:
to give knowledge of different fields of applied geodesy.
Learning outcomes:
student
- performs geodetic servicing of a building under construction;
- is familiar with digital photogrammetry technology, cartographic grade lines and technology of making digital maps;
- plans and performs measurements of satellite navigation;
- compiles documents of cadastral register;
- masters the technologies of buildings´ surveying and basics of mine survey;
- uses data of geo-info systems in different projects;
- compiles detail plans;
- is familiar with land consollidation procedures, land register and other registers. |
| Practical Training |
42 ECTS credits, 42 ECTS credits compulsory courses.
Objective:
enables to practise and check the obtained knowledge and skills in work environment.

Objective:
to enable to study the basics of economic operation and regulations of companies.

- plans the necessary resources for a project, is familiar with the basics of accountancy and can analyse the economic situation in a company;
- knows the basic principles of starting a small business, procurement/purchase procedurse, the basic principles of different contracts in construction, action mechanisms of macro and micro economy, legislation in the field of construction and real property, basics of real property administration and maintenance;
- is familiar with the significance of the fields in construction and geodesy in economy as a whole;
- knows the ways of social influencing to develop the field of geodesy; is able to participate in the management and development of professional organisations. |

to enable to prove one´s acquired professional knowledge and to apply it in solving theoretical and practical specialty-related problems.
